The FTI, for industrial land in Geneva, manages all industrial perimeters of the canton. As a public law entity, it ensures the support of companies in the industrial zones of the canton. Within the framework of the canton's economic development, it matches the supply of surfaces with the demand of eligible companies in industrial zones, while developing the necessary infrastructure for company needs in terms of mobility and resource management. This action also aims to develop industrial zones sustainably, notably by:- Creating synergies between public actors, real estate developers, and companies, by being at the heart of the coordination of industrial activities in Geneva.- Ensuring the provision of surfaces to industrial and artisanal companies at competitive prices, in compliance with current legislation and guaranteeing a good diversity of the economic fabric.- Managing the development of industrial zones with the goal of reconciling economic activity with its environment, by proposing a quality living environment.In this context, it owns or manages land and buildings for industrial and artisanal use for others. To strengthen our development and company support division, we are looking for a:Real Estate Project Manager at 100%Your mission:- Know, manage, and maintain a commercial relationship with our surface rights holders.- Contribute to, and manage land development (DDP) and real estate projects linked to companies in the secondary sector in Geneva.- Study the economic, technical, and legal feasibility of projects and supervise real estate and land appraisals by third parties (lawyer, notary, surveyor, real estate consulting firm, etc.).- Drafting, monitoring, and managing calls for tenders to developers/investors, for the development of real estate projects under surface rights (DDP).- Contribute to the marketing of surfaces or the development of assets and negotiate with the various partners the conditions of provision, in compliance with contractual references and the pricing policy of the FTI.- Identify opportunities and conduct transactions (acquisitions, sales, exchanges) necessary for the development of public equipment and infrastructure of the FTI.- Negotiate the acquisition of real estate, real estate companies, as well as real rights on behalf of the FTI.- Participate in coordination meetings between public and private services.- Contribute to, and manage land development (DDP) and real estate projects linked to companies in the secondary sector in Geneva, and in particular in the Praille-Acacias-Vernets sector.Your profile:- Holder of a higher education degree in real estate economics/real estate law or other relevant training for this role.- Perfect command of French (English and German are assets).- A master's degree in real estate, the federal certificate of real estate developer, or another specialized diploma is an asset for your application.- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in real estate development.- Knowledge of legislation and regulations in force in Geneva.- Knowledge of public procurement and SIA standards is an asset for your application.- Ability to work autonomously while having a taste for teamwork.- Good listening skills and spirit of consensus, solution and client-oriented.- Dynamic, reactive, flexible, sense of organization and responsibility.We offer:- An exciting activity combining expertise and versatility, allowing you to work for the community.- An opportunity to put your skills to work in the implementation of tools responding to the challenges of economic, technological, and environmental development.- A dynamic atmosphere and work environment. jid127e4dcaen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
