Through a significant portfolio in Switzerland, the group owns, operates, and develops major commercial sites at the heart of retail dynamics. In a context of changing usage, the group pursues an active strategy of managing its real estate, combining asset repositioning and the development of new projects. Within a human-sized structure, offering a high degree of autonomy and extended responsibilities, we are looking to recruit the person who will succeed the current incumbent, who is retiring soon, for the position of:Real Estate Project Manager - 100%Varied projects at the heart of the group's real estate challengesYour responsibilitiesIn this role, you take charge of managing a varied portfolio of projects in French-speaking Switzerland, covering scopes ranging from heavy maintenance work and surface renovations to transformation or development projects. In close connection with operators, you participate in defining needs and ensure their implementation. You lead all phases, from the selection of service providers to delivery, while guaranteeing compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality. You also intervene in the management of the site lifecycle, particularly during changes of use or in the context of interventions on occupied sites. Furthermore, you participate in reflections on subjects more related to asset repositioning or the development of new projects, involving interactions with authorities. You operate in a demanding environment, offering great autonomy as well as direct responsibility for your projects.Your profileYou benefit from confirmed experience in managing real estate projects in Switzerland, ideally acquired in contexts of renovation or complex projects, particularly in retail or on commercial assets. Comfortable in evolving environments whose contours are not always entirely defined, you know how to demonstrate agility and navigate effectively between technical, financial, and sometimes political issues. Autonomous and proactive, you are capable of prioritizing, deciding, and assuming your responsibilities in demanding contexts. You adapt flexibly to variable work rhythms and appreciate environments requiring flexibility and responsiveness. Endowed with good interpersonal skills, you interact with ease with various stakeholders, notably operators, service providers, and authorities.
