Then join our team.Job description:- Complete accounting management of a portfolio of PPE buildings (mainly), isolated lots, and rental buildings.- Monitoring of accounts and closings, in collaboration with managers and in compliance with deadlines.- Preparation and sending of tax documents to co-owners.- Preparation of balance sheets for buildings managed with separate treasury.- Preparation of heating/hot water and ancillary cost statements for the portfolio's buildings.- Preparation of budgets and other accounting reports.- Preparation of VAT statements.- Payment of available funds to clients according to agreed deadlines and based on budgets and/or available liquidity.- Management of liquidity accounts and complete accounting handover during takeovers or loss of mandates.- Communication with co-owners and owners, drafting of correspondence.- Execution of various administrative or accounting tasks inherent to the service's activity.Your profile:- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification.- Able to justify at least 5 years of activity in a real estate agency as a Real Estate Accountant.- Good stress resistance and priority management.- Precise and meticulous.- Customer service oriented.- Excellent command of office tools, knowledge of Quorum is a plus.- Comfortable with management and reporting tools.- Mastery of the French language, good knowledge of English and notions of German, a plus.- Eager to join a close-knit and competent team.- Ready to take on a challenge with the intention of long-term commitment.We offer you:- An activity within a large family company with strong local roots.- The possibility of joining an agency with excellent reputation.- Management within reach.- A dynamic team based on mutual aid.- A pleasant working framework and environment.- Continuous training and seminars encouraged.- Flexible working hours.- A salary with 13th month, with a dry cleaning service and a massage therapist on site.- An improved pension plan.- Various weekly benefits (fruits, flowers).Interested?Send us your complete application file only by electronic means and we will contact you in complete confidentiality.
