Join a welcoming, human, and professional team today!As part of our development, for our Neuchâtel agency, we are looking for a:Real Estate Accountant at 60%Your missions:- Maintain real estate accounting.- Handle heating and ancillary cost statements: accounting entries, statement checks, final closings, rebates and readjustments, management of arrears.- Handle property management closings: entries, checks, closings.- Establish PPE accounting: charge calls, monthly reminders of co-owner accounts, management of co-owner accounts, condominium closings, condominium accounts, and condominium boiler rooms.- Establish balance sheet statements, entries, checks, closings, account audits, taxes.- Cash management.- Manage invoices: entry, payment.- Be a contact person for accounting matters for all clients: owners, co-owners, and respond to requests from tenants and owners, both oral and written, establish various documents.Your profile:- You have 3 years of confirmed experience in real estate accounting and you work autonomously.- You hold a commercial qualification of professional type.- You master office automation tools (Windows environment: Word, Excel, Outlook).- You have good knowledge of the QUORUM software.- You have an excellent oral and written command of French.
