Fed Finance is a recruitment firm specializing in temporary and permanent staffing for accounting and finance roles.Real Estate AccountantWe are looking for a real estate accountant on behalf of our client, a real estate management company based in Lausanne, to manage a portfolio of properties independently.Your main missions:- Complete accounting management of a portfolio of managed properties- Monitoring of receipts (rents), supplier invoices, and payments (owners)- Preparation of management statements (quarterly, annual) and closing of accounts- Management of heating statements and distribution of charges- Accounting monitoring of condominiums (charges, co-ownership accounts)- Management of concierge salaries and social security- Monitoring of files (receipts, unpaid debts) and communication with managers/owners- Supervision of a junior accountantYour profile:- Commercial employee federal VET diploma (accounting option), federal diploma or equivalent- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate accounting in Switzerland, ideally in a management company- Good command of real estate accounting and management/heating statements- Comfortable with software tools (IMMOB8 or equivalent is a plus)- Rigorous, autonomous person with a good sense of organization and priorities- Good communication skills and analytical mindInterested?
