To strengthen our team, we are looking for the Ground Logistics department at Geneva airport for:

Ramp Agents & Baggage Sorting Agents on Fixed-Term Contracts

Contract type: Auxiliary contract of fixed duration

Start date: October 2026

End date: 30 April 2027

You enjoy working outside an office, on shift hours. You want a role where you can be active and where your dynamism will be an asset. You appreciate being part of a team and succeeding with your colleagues. You are attracted to the aviation sector and eager to train. You have a valid car driving licence.

Your tasks:

If Ramp Agent on the tarmac (outdoors)

• Check the area and clear any objects before landing and after take-off
• Place wheel chocks against the aircraft wheels, then cones, when engines and "anti-collision" lights are off.
• Load and unload aircraft according to instructions
• Secure nets and locks in the holds
• Close the hold doors and hatches
• Apply safety procedures and standards during aircraft ground handling

If Baggage Sorting Agent (indoors)

• At flight departures: sort and load baggage according to destinations and categories onto carts and containers
• At flight arrivals: deliver baggage onto the conveyor belts
• Apply procedures and safety standards

Your profile:

• French read and spoken
• Significant experience as a Ramp Agent or Baggage Sorting Agent is a real asset
• Robust constitution
• Flexibility, Punctuality, Team spirit, Stress resistance
• Valid driving licence essential
• Clean criminal record
• Available weekdays and weekends with shift hours
