Transports Publics Neuchâtelois SA (transN) originate from the successive mergers of companies in the canton of Neuchâtel. Specialising in the operation of a network of public rail and road transport, both urban and regional, we carry 27.5 million passengers per year across 38 lines and 293 km of network.

Your main tasks

Within our maintenance centre, you ensure the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of railway vehicles to guarantee their safety, reliability and availability.

Your responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles
• Diagnose faults and propose sustainable solutions
• Ensure administrative follow-up of interventions and warranties
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes (Lean, 5S)
• Contribute to the department's technical projects
• Work on different sites as needed
• Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams
• Participate in audits and report any non-conformities

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical field (mechanics, electronics, automation, mechatronics or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics
• Comfortable with IT and diagnostic tools
• Sense of responsibility and strong safety orientation
• Analytical mind and problem-solving ability
• Flexible, autonomous and a good team spirit
• Category B80 VE driving licence is an asset
