We are looking for you as the Service Manager (m/f) Elevators – Region RoleIn this position, you will lead a team of 5 service technicians. You will independently supervise maintenance and troubleshooting tasks. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the safety of users and employeesResponsible for delivering our services according to the requirements of the maintenance contract (troubleshooting, periodic maintenance work)Responsible for processing and resolving open customer inquiries as well as safety issues with the systems (shutdown for safety reasons)Responsible for the sale of services, including processing (invoice control for cost oversight)Preparation for the planning of maintenance work and route optimization, responsibility for resource planning (including financial results)Direct contact person for the customer (administrations) and responsible for the internal and external application of the correct KONE methods and processesResponsibility for administrative tasks (HR and reports)Your ProfileCompleted vocational training in mechanics and/or electrical engineering, ideally in both areas (higher qualification in these areas or higher technical school is an advantage)Several years of experience in a similar position in the industry is an advantageExperience in team leadership is desired and beneficialGood knowledge of safety and management standards (quality assurance, P&L)Good knowledge of German with excellent oral skills in French to converse with other service managers in Western Switzerland.
