The Boudry site, which employs around 100 people, specialises in the manufacture of high-tech printed circuit boards. Quality Technician (M/F)
Activities:
- Manage, analyse and monitor internal and external non-conformities
- Conduct and follow up internal audits, workstation audits
- Write, update and ensure control of quality management system documentation
- Ensure the application of procedures, instructions and good quality practices within the various departments
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, QRQC, FMEA, problem solving, etc.)
- Raise awareness, support and train employees on quality requirements
- Contribute to monitoring quality indicators and analysing performance
- Participate in development and improvement projects of the quality management system
Your profile:
- Technical training complemented by quality training (TQ1) or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of quality tools: (8D, FMEA, 5S, QRQC, and problem solving)
- Knowledge of printed circuit board (PCB) technologies is an asset
- Knowledge of quality management systems according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards is an advantage
- Proficiency in common IT tools (Microsoft Office) as well as document and quality management software
- English level (min. B2)
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills
- Person who is rigorous, organised, autonomous, proactive, curious and oriented towards continuous improvement
- Aptitude for teamwork and interaction with different company departments
- Ability to propose ideas and support change
