Within the operational quality team, you play a key role in identifying, analysing and resolving recurring quality issues. You actively participate in implementing corrective and preventive actions, while supporting the inspection of parts produced internally and by suppliers. You also serve as a backup for the Mechanical QCO Team Leader.

Quality Technician Specialist
- Mandatory mechanical CFC: polymechanic, industrial draughtsman or equivalent training
- Proven experience in mechanics, machining, assembly or similar industrial environment
- Good knowledge of quality control, non-conformity management and problem solving
- Proficient with measuring tools and quality control techniques, including 3D programming and conventional measuring instruments
- Comfortable reading technical drawings and analysing complex technical situations
- Good command of MS Office tools; knowledge of SAP, quality software or measuring equipment management software is an advantage
- Fluent in French with knowledge of English
- Rigorous, precise, autonomous, logical and able to manage priorities under workload
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
- Inspection of parts manufactured internally and by suppliers, selecting and using appropriate measuring instruments
- Analysis and application of control plans, participating in the implementation of new plans if necessary
- Management of non-conformities, from identification to implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Investigation of potential and root causes of quality issues and proposing sustainable solutions
- Support in managing measuring equipment: maintenance, calibration, scheduling and evaluation of external providers
- Active collaboration with machining, assembly, methods, technical office and purchasing departments
- Ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory and normative requirements applicable to internal processes
- Substitute for the Team Leader during absences for daily management of mechanical QCO activities
