Quality, Safety, and Environment Manager develops, produces, and provides turnkey industrial production equipment. An expert in laser technologies, assembly, and industrial vision, the company collaborates with leading firms in the watchmaking and medical fields. As part of our growth, we are looking for a Quality, Safety, and Environment Manager to design, deploy, and maintain our systems. This cross-functional role with management and teams ensures regulatory compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement, while guiding the company towards sustainable performance. Main responsibilities: Design, deploy, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure its compliance; Define quality objectives, KPIs, and monitoring mechanisms, and ensure internal or external audit compliance; Support process leaders and facilitate lessons learned; Manage and evolve the QMS at work, identify occupational risks, and implement preventive measures; Raise awareness and train staff on quality, safety, and environmental standards; Monitor incidents, accidents, and ensure communication with insurers, authorities, and external organizations; Contribute to sustainability and environment: identify impacts, manage carbon balances, and actions across the value chain; Serve as the contact for clients and external stakeholders on quality, safety, and sustainability topics. Your profile: Technical or scientific degree complementary to quality management (e.g. Lead Auditor ISO 9001, CAS in quality management) along with several years of experience in a similar role; Strong knowledge of quality systems: ISO 9001 and legal bases of OSH, ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 being a plus; Experience in a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) in the industrial domain; Excellent command of French, English, and/or German is a plus; Field-oriented personality, able to adapt quickly to the priorities and constraints of an SME; Very good skills in convincing and mobilizing; Analytical, autonomous, solution-oriented personality capable of effectively prioritizing actions.
