We are looking for the following profile for one of our clients:System ManagerYour mission:- Deploy and maintain ISO quality for the medical sector.- Implementation and monitoring of a quality system based on ISO.- Monitor production according to technical and quality criteria.- Monitor and update the QMS.- Analyze and monitor quality performance indicators.- Collaborate with various departments for the resolution of non-conformities and the development of innovative solutions.- Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a quick response and appropriate corrective actions.- Guarantee compliance with standards and procedures implemented in the company.- Responsible for processing customer complaints.- Responsible for the preparation and monitoring of internal audits.- Responsible for the EDM software.Profile:- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the quality field.- Proficiency in Microsoft tools.- Proficiency in ISO and ISO standards.- Internal auditor.- Knowledge of electronic document management software (EDM, Normea).- Specific experience in the subcontracting field.- Hold a higher technical degree in this field.- Training in the quality field.- Excellent French skills (spoken and written).- Rigor.- Sense of organization.- Analytical mind.- Leadership.- Resilience.- Team spirit.- Adaptability.- Ethics and integrity. jid06e9e47aen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
