DynamO [aims] at quality management at all levels of the [institution] – units, services, and departments, by relying on clinical [indicators], continuous [improvement] loops, and consolidated reporting.To support the development of the program, we are looking for a Master 2 intern to contribute to the [deployment] of its tools, to [monitoring] its [deployment], and to [structuring] its [reporting].Master 2 Internship in Quality - Support for tooling, deployment, and reporting of the DynamO program - 100%Integrated into the clinical performance and excellence center of the Quality of Care Service, you will join the interprofessional DynamO team to [contribute] to structuring work in support of the steering and deployment of the program.Your missions are articulated around [three] essential axes:- Tooling and deployment of the program:You identify, organize, harmonize, and update tools, support materials, sheets, notices, and reference documents for the [program].- Monitoring and implementation of program reporting:You contribute to [identifying] needs, to the [definition] of indicators useful for steering, to the design of monitoring support materials, and to the progressive implementation of readable reporting for the different stakeholders.- Communication and promotion of tools:You participate in the design of support materials facilitating the understanding and [appropriation] of the program's tools.
