For a temporary assignment of our client, the company Jabil Manufacturing in Le Locle, we are seeking a:
Quality Engineer
As a Quality Engineer, you will support manufacturing quality activities and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, product quality, and business continuity.
- Support the management of Non-Conformances (NCs) and CAPA activities
- Participate in root cause investigations and drive effective corrective actions
- Analyze quality data and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate and track corrective and preventive actions with customers and suppliers
- Develop, maintain, and improve quality documentation, inspection plans, and procedures
- Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- Work closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and other support functions
- Provide technical support and guidance on quality-related matters across manufacturing operations
qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or a related field
- Experience managing Non-Conformances, CAPA processes, and problem-solving activities
- Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards such as ISO, GMP, or similar
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality-related tools and methodologies
- Fluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
