What we expect from you:

• Implement the quality policy, monitor quality indicators, and prepare regular reports
• Conduct steering committees and management reviews
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage internal and external audits
• Implement preventive actions aimed at continuous process improvement
• Raise awareness and train teams on good quality practices and ensure traceability
• Manage quality documentation and ensure its compliance
• Monitor centre incidents and verify the effectiveness of associated action plans
• Act as the Trusted Person in the Company (PCE) to contribute to the prevention of psychosocial risks and promote a respectful and caring working environment.

What you bring:

• Higher education in quality, engineering, sciences, or an equivalent field
• Proven experience in a quality role in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, etc.)
• Proficiency with audit tools and document management
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Team spirit, good communication, and a natural ability to unite your interlocutors
• Languages: French (native), German (level B2-C1), English (an asset)
• Autonomous and structured working method
