Quality Technical Controllers - Shift workFor a high-end watch manufacturer, we are looking for a long-term temporary mission (permanent contract) for Quality Technical Controllers - 2x8 shift work.Responsibilities- Inspect watch components according to the defined range and criteria and highlight any defects- Perform various aesthetic and/or functional inspections of parts using appropriate tools and according to established inspection ranges or available plans- Make decisions regarding rejection, downgrading, or destruction in accordance with company policy- In case of non-conformity, diagnose the necessary interventions and return parts for correction or product management- Receive products and perform data entry in current systems- Record inspection results in the system for defective parts- Report on activities- Collect quality data and share it with teams, the island quality assurance technician, and the manager- Capitalize on feedback- Participate in the continuous improvement of the work environment- Make proposals for quality improvement (inspection ranges, defect panels, technical plans)Profile- Experience in quality technical control- Proficiency in reading plans- Good knowledge of products and standard measuring instruments, including 3D (Keyence and Zeiss)- Proficiency in SAP tools- Judgment capacity- Sense of organization and detail- Rigor- Reactivity and resistance to stress- TQ1 or equivalent desired- Willing to work in 2x8 shift hours (5:00 AM - 1:15 PM / 1:15 PM - 9:00 PM, with earlier finish on Fridays)Start date: ImmediatelyDo you meet these conditions?
