Quality Control Inspector (M/F) - Shift work in a high-end watch manufacture in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for Quality Control Inspectors (M/F) for a long-term temporary assignment (permanent contract).ResponsibilitiesControl watch components according to the X range and defined criteria, highlighting any potential defects. Perform various aesthetic and/or functional inspections of parts using appropriate tools and according to established inspection ranges or available plans. Make decisions on rejection, reclassification, or destruction in accordance with the company policy. In case of non-compliance, diagnose the necessary interventions and return the parts for correction or product management. Receive products and enter data into the relevant systems. Record the inspection results of defective parts in the X system. Ensure activity reporting. Collect quality data and share it with teams, the quality assurance technician of the area, and their supervisor. Capitalize on feedback. Participate in improving their work environment. Make quality improvement proposals (X range, typical defect panels, technical plans).Experience in quality control. Proficiency in reading plans. Good knowledge of products and common measuring instruments, including 3D (Keyence and Zeiss). Mastery of SAP tools. Judgment capacity. Attention to detail. Rigor. Responsiveness and ability to withstand TQ1 or equivalent desired. Willing to work in shift work 2x8 (from 5:00 AM to 1:15 PM and 8:00 PM on Fridays).
