Quality and Safety Manager (QHSE) (100%) To strengthen our quality team, we are looking for a: Quality and Safety Manager (QHSE) (100%) Your main mission: As the Quality and Safety Manager (QHSE), you will be the key partner and main contact, both internally and externally, when it comes to knowledge of methods, processes, audits, and safety aspects. In your role, you will be responsible for the following activities: Ensuring the compliance of all processes with ISO standards and their regulatory monitoring while having an excellent knowledge of QHSE laws and compliance, guaranteeing specific procedures and ensuring the sustainability of current practices; Leading a system for monitoring projects with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and align with our vision and excellence; Directing and coordinating the development and implementation of the program, its promotion, and continuous improvement; Managing a small team, collaborating closely with various internal departments; Positioning yourself externally as a competent and service-oriented contact for business partners and clients. Profile: Benefiting from a degree in engineering, electronics, microtechnology, or equivalent and a TQ3 or equivalent. You have extensive experience in the industry confirmed in quality management as well as in company safety management. You have successfully assumed responsibilities inherent in managing a team and enjoy human challenges. Experience in markets would be an asset; your analytical skills, calm demeanor, and constructive approach to problems enable you to solve complex issues quickly and effectively on both a technical and human level. A trustworthy person, you show active listening and lead by example; you are appreciated for your availability, sense of responsibility, and long-term commitment. You are fluent in German or French and can express yourself easily in the other language (oral and written). Additionally, you have a good command of English.
