**What you will do:**

* Lead, maintain, and continuously improve Comet-s Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring robust ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification at the Flamatt site
* Drive the integration of environmental management (ISO 14001) into quality, operational excellence, and the broader ESG and sustainability framework
* Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits, regulatory reviews, and corrective actions, translating evolving requirements into effective processes.
* Lead ESG compliance and reporting activities, including KPI development, risk management, and alignment with standards such as CSRD, GRI, and SASB
* Act as the central ESG and IMS partner for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating training, supplier and customer requests, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

 

**What you bring:**

* A university degree in sustainability, environmental management, or a related field, with formal training in IQMS (ISO 14001 lead auditor desirable)
* ~5 years of hands-on experience with IQMS, ESG or environmental management within an international corporate environment
* Proven ability to manage ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certifications, conduct audits, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional improvement projects
* Expertise in ESG regulations and frameworks (e.g. Swiss TCFD, CSRD, GRI, SASB) and practical experience with tools such as EcoVadis and RBA
* Fluent English skills combined with strong analytical thinking and the ability to influence and drive results without direct authority, German skills are a big plus
