With its unique offer of prevention, insurance, the Suva provides its insured with comprehensive health protection. The main mission of the Suva Clinics is the rehabilitation of accident victims. In addition to traditional disciplines such as neurology and musculoskeletal, our two clinics in Sion (CRR) and Bellikon (RKB) offer specialized care for burn victims, technical orthopedics, and professional rehabilitation, as well as early cancer treatment for paraplegics/quadriplegics. We are looking for our future: Quality and Process Assistant. Main tasks include the project towards an integrated management system (IMS) for Suva clinics at both sites, for example: - Establishing a framework for the IMS's implementation - Developing processes and documents - Managing documents - Monitoring and coordinating measures and corrective actions interclinically - Conducting supplier audits as well as internal and external audits - Assisting with risk controls within the ERM framework - Analyzing X data and implementing quality-related concepts and continuous improvement measures with specialized sectors (e.g., quality agreement according to Art. 58a LAMal) - Supporting the implementation and monitoring of internal and external quality prescriptions and standards (e.g., ANQ), involvement in various projects (e.g., Lean Management, registration management)Our basic requirements include a degree in business and/or a complementary profession in quality management within the healthcare sector, quality manager experience and process monitoring, quality management experience, ideally in the healthcare sector. Experience in project management, Lean Management, and document management is also required. You should have a networking spirit and the ability to work with multidisciplinary partners. Excellent oral and written communication skills adapted to different interlocutors, as well as the ability to assert oneself, are essential. Very good knowledge of products and MS X systems of integrated management: Excellent command of French and very good knowledge of German (bilingual) and willing to travel (Bellikon, Bern) are also required.Our offer is based on values of kindness, trust, reliability, and service.
