In this context, we wish to strengthen our Software Quality & Delivery team with the search for a Quality & FinOps Manager whose central mission will be to raise the level of technical maturity of our teams. Faced with constantly evolving systems, the mastery of technical debt and operational excellence have become key challenges. You will be the guarantor of a structured and sustainable approach to software quality by leading cross-functional initiatives with high impact.Missions that await you:- Define and formalize a global strategy for reducing technical debt in line with business priorities and team constraints- Identify, qualify, and prioritize the components of technical debt across the entire portfolio and propose measurable action plans- Build and maintain a clear and up-to-date obsolescence roadmap, covering all applications and technologies (frameworks, libraries, languages, systems, etc.)- Deploy and manage the FinOps framework within the company's Cloud environments- Pilot decommissioning phases in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders- Ensure the effective adoption of these processes within teams by removing obstacles and adapting approaches to the context of each team- Support teams as a coach and quality reference by leading training, awareness, and feedback sessions- Define and track quality and technical debt KPIs and report them to management during follow-up sessions- Lead regular cross-functional committees with teams and governance bodies to maintain alignment on quality objectives- Ensure technical coordination in collaboration with the technical project manager with the goal of aligning quality, deadlines, and delivery objectivesYour profile:- Higher education degree such as HES, Bachelor / Master, EPFL- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a role related to software quality or technical management- Mastery of the FinOps framework in a corporate environment, ideally certified by the FinOps Certified Professional- Proven experience in managing complex environments and leading transformation programs- Mastery of technical debt, obsolescence, and refactoring challenges in large-scale systems- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, code analysis tools (SonarQube), and agile methodologies (Scrum)- Ability to build and manage decision-oriented quality dashboards and KPIs- Solid understanding of service-oriented architectures, security issues, and the software lifecycle- Leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams around common objectives- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both with technical teams and management- Rigor, sense of organization, autonomy, and ability to propose improvements to continuously enhance established processes- Good command of French and English, both written and oralWe offer you:- A healthy work environment in a mutual insurance company labeled Best Employer- Multiple social benefits including flexibility in work organization- Work within a dynamic and passionate team- Human values centered on the well-being of employeesWe look forward to receiving your complete application file digitally (with curriculum vitae, cover letter, copy of work certificates, and diplomas). jid78e268aaen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
