Quality and Business Process Manager (80-100%)

Your mission:
As part of the Process and Organizational Development team, you will play a key role in strengthening enterprise"‘wide process maturity and embedding quality and management system requirements into end"‘to"‘end business processes. In this role, you will directly influence how safety"‘critical processes are designed, governed, and continuously improved across a complex, high"‘reliability organization. You will also contribute to a company-wide process and organizational transformation initiative of strategic relevance. We are looking for a team member who has a clear commitment to business process transformation, change management, modelling and process excellence.
Your tasks:
Lead the analysis, design, and improvement of end"‘to"‘end business processes, aligned with strategy and management system requirements (quality, safety, security, regulation)
Design and integrate business processes into the enterprise architecture model, ensuring coherence across the organization
Partner with process owners, process managers and cross"‘functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring effective adoption and minimal operational disruption
Collaborate closely with Enterprise Quality to strengthen quality and business process governance, standards, and documentation
Apply data"‘driven insights and performance indicators to assess process effectiveness and efficiency and identify improvement opportunities
Drive the effective use, further development and potential modernization of IT tools for quality and business process management
Advise, support, and train process owners, process managers and stakeholders to continuously improve their processes in line with high quality standards
What we are looking for:
Hands on experience in process improvement, quality management, operational excellence, or business process transformation roles at enterprise level
Proven experience working in complex, regulated, or safety"‘critical environments
Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and drive change and transformation initiatives
Knowledge of modelling languages like ArchiMate and BPMN is an advantage
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement
Holistic Thinking: You view situations as part of a larger system, understanding how changes affect the whole, and approach challenges from multiple angles while considering various options
Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening
Transformation: You lead by example, inspire others to embrace new approaches, and bring diverse groups together to find common solutions
Excellent command in English, French and/or German
