A multidisciplinary and multi-site structure, it offers the people welcomed a particularly harmonious living and working environment as well as a set of skills adapted to their needs and desires. Integrated into Eben-Hézer, the Cité du Genévrier is the custodian of the moral testament of its founder, Sister Julie Hofmann. In this capacity, it considers the happiness of the people welcomed as the primary goal of its action.MissionThe Les Jalons group supports 6 adult individuals with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual impairment, and other associated disorders such as epilepsy. The residents are aged 45 to 65. The structure of time, the rigor of the team, and the clarity of support routines support the resident in their daily life. Meeting the people supported and their humanity allows us to become spokespersons in their connection with the outside world. The team meeting, as the cornerstone of the group, allows for questioning practices, confronting visions, in search of the meaning allowing for consensus. It is also a place to take a step back from difficult situations. The team, experienced and demanding of itself, is sincerely involved in daily support. The qualities and differences of each person are seen as assets, and humor and solidarity are essential resources for the team's balance. To complete the team, we are looking for a qualified social worker.Desired Profile- Hold an ES/HES diploma or a CFC as an assistant or a CFC as a health and social care assistant (ASSC).- Experience or knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and behavioral disorders, a sense of observation, and interest in multidisciplinary work.- Rigorous, always be in the challenge and questioning of practices with an evolutionary aim.- Like to be challenged in daily professional life.- Reflective, proactive, and motivated, know how to position oneself.- A delicate touch in a conductor's glove, does that speak to you?- You master standard tools, possess a driver's license, and are willing to work irregular hours, including during weekends.We offer you the opportunity to take part in a meaningful project and to evolve in a work environment conducive to the fulfillment of the mission and your professional development.
