Our goal is to provide impetus for social work - for the society of tomorrow.Social Worker in the role of or Scientist in Case ManagementYour fields of activity with us- You participate in the design, implementation, and development of continuing education offerings in the field of Case Management (including budget and personnel responsibility, monitoring and evaluation of CAS theses, work related to the promotion of the offering).- You collaborate on research projects in the field of Case Management; you plan, acquire, implement, lead, and evaluate initial research projects and write your first scientific and specialized publications.- You participate in colloquia, congresses, and conferences by presenting your own work.- You participate as needed in teaching in the bachelor's program (you give courses and supervise study projects, internships, and bachelor's theses of students).- You assume other tasks in terms of content and organization within the Institute for Social Security and Social Policy.Your background, ideally- Consecutive degree (MSc, MA) in Social Work or a related discipline (in progress or obtained).- Several years of professional experience in Case Management / professional reintegration or in related fields.- Experience in continuing education in the field of Case Management or in empirical social research.- Initial experience in higher education or the willingness to acquire such experience, including following continuing education in university didactics.- Excellent command of French and German (spoken and written).- Willingness to build a profile in higher education and research, commitment to your own professional development, and interest in one of our research areas.We conduct research activities in close cooperation with the economy, developing useful solutions for the economy, culture, and society in general, on a regional, Swiss, and international level.
