The reception for the Children of Blonay - graduate (ES/HES) The reception for the Children of Blonay - Saint-Légier manages 10 day care structures, employs more than 170 people and operates as a REBSL (network of day care in accordance with LAJE), within which more than 900 children are welcomed. For our preschool care structure with 44 places, the CVE Pain d'Epice in St-Légier-La Chiésaz, and for the nursery group composed of 10 babies aged 4 to 18 months, we are looking for a graduate (ES/HES) to whom we will assign the following tasks: Ensure quality supervision of the children in the nursery group, ensuring their well-being and safety. Establish ties with families and contribute to a constructive collaboration with colleagues. Actively participate in conferences and develop educational projects enriched by theatricality, in order to stimulate expression; assist learners and ensure compliance with the charter that places the child at the center, valuing listening. Profile: Holder of an ES/HES diploma, or PF/FEE in business) with a year of experience in caring for a group of young children, possessing a strong team spirit and the ability to establish positive and effective relationships with both children and parents, as well as colleagues. Dynamic and motivated, capable of developing a reflective action on one's activity, evolving personal practices, giving and receiving feedback, who wishes to bring meaning to one's daily life, motivated by highlighting theater as a tool and evolving joint projects, particularly around physical activity and psychomotor skills.
