The reception for Children of Blonay - Saint-Légier manages a graduate (ES/HES), Trotteurs. The reception for Children of Blonay - Saint-Légier manages 10 day care structures, employs more than 170, and operates as REBSL (network of day care in the sense of LAJE) within which more than 900 children are welcomed. For our preschool structure with 22 places, CVE Les Vignes in Blonay, and for the group of trotters composed of 7 children, we are looking for a graduate (ES/HES), Trotteurs to whom we will entrust the following missions: Ensure quality supervision of children aged 18 months to 3 years, guaranteeing their well-being and safety. Establish connections with families and contribute constructively with colleagues. Actively participate in colloquia and develop pedagogical projects enriched by theater, in order to stimulate expression, support learners, and ensure the drafting of the charter that places the child at the center, valuing listening. Profile: Holder of an ES/HES diploma, or PF/FEE in the company, with at least one year of experience in managing a group of children of the specified age, with a strong team spirit and ability to establish positive and effective links both with children and parents as well as with colleagues. Dynamic and motivated, capable of developing reflective action on their activity, evolving their practice, giving and receiving feedback, wishing to give meaning to their daily life, motivated by enhancing theater as a means and evolving common projects, particularly around creativity and motor skills.
