The Association of the Broye Daycare Network in Payerne (ARAJ Broye) has the mission to provide early childhood care services in the Broye Vaudoise region.

To complete our new team at the Minis Bosset daycare in Granges-Près-Marnand (22 places) we are looking for:

Qualified Early Childhood Substitutes

Your mission:

• Ensure quality care for children and act in accordance with the cantonal legal framework and the educational guidelines of the facility
• Ensure a safe, caring and stimulating environment
• Support children in their development
• Support the integration of the child into the group
• Maintain a relationship of exchange and listening with parents and create a climate of trust
• Collaborate and actively cooperate with the educational team (good communication during handover and feedback)
• Use the administrative tools provided

Your profile:

• Holder either of a diploma as an ES/HES educator in the field of childhood and/or social domain, or a federal certificate of capacity as a socio-educational assistant (CFC ASE) or a recognised CFC training from secondary level II
• Good interpersonal skills with colleagues and management
• Spirit of mutual aid and openness
• Proven experience in a preschool collective care structure is desirable
• Regular availability
• Adaptability and flexibility

Workplace: Granges-près-Marnand

Activity rate: hourly

Start date: from 1st September 2026 or to be agreed

Employment contract: indefinite duration

Salary conditions: CCCT Early Childhood
