You manage call for tender procedures, from needs analysis to awarding, in compliance with the legal framework and directives. You also ensure supplier monitoring, contract management, and the management of relationships with external partners. In this capacity, you contribute to cost optimization, performance monitoring, and risk management. This role leads you to collaborate closely with business specialists, the legal department, company management, as well as numerous internal and external partners.ProfileYou hold a federal diploma as a specialist in purchasing and procurement or a higher education degree in management, economics, or law. Experience in managing Swiss public procurement is an asset. You have confirmed experience of at least 5 years in the field of purchasing, including at least 3 years in the management of public procurement in Switzerland. You also have confirmed experience in project management. Furthermore, experience in the acquisition of special vehicles and heavy vehicles is a plus, as is prior knowledge of the public environment. You possess good negotiation skills, cost analysis skills, and supplier management skills. Comfortable with tools and ERP systems, you know how to exploit data and build the dashboards necessary for managing your activities.Organized, rigorous, and autonomous, you combine analytical skills, a sense of negotiation, and a focus on solutions.
