**Then you must be the right talent to join our team as Purchasing Department Assistant ! **

 

The Purchasing Department assistant will report to the Head of Purchasing and will support the entire purchasing team. 

 

**As the Purchasing Department assistant you will : **

* Be in charge of the purchasing data management in SAP and of validating the workflow system  

* Follow up and update suppliers information to contribute to the Due Diligence  

* Liaise with suppliers to collect and update mandatory documents to respect Compliance guidelines 

* Assist the purchasing team in daily operational tasks from sourcing to supplier creation in SAP, RFQ and price offer analysis 

* Extract and analyse purchasing data (invoice variances, KPIs etc.) and assist in preparing dashboards on purchasing activity  

* Oversee the purchasing administrative tasks and processes and contribute to purchasing administrative process optimization  

* Ensure effective collaboration with the Purchasing Team and the other departments of the Maison

* You have strong organizational and administrative skills 

* You are rigorous and detail oriented 

* You have analytical & synthetization skills 

* You have good communication skills  

* You have SAP skills and/or are used to work with ERP 

* You are proficient in English and French
