Your mission
- Manage a portfolio of suppliers and ensure the follow-up of orders, from their issuance to their delivery.
- Oversee supply deadlines, carry out necessary reminders and ensure the follow-up of order confirmations.
- Identify risks of stockouts or delays, analyse discrepancies and implement appropriate rescheduling actions.
- Create, record and update purchase orders in the ERP.
- Ensure the reliability of purchasing data (prices, deadlines, supply conditions and reference data).
- Check, reconcile and process supplier invoices in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- Develop a trusting relationship with suppliers and maintain regular communication to guarantee a high level of service quality.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and tools related to supplies.
- Represent the values of the House with suppliers by developing sustainable partnerships.
Your profile
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee, logistician or an equivalent qualification.
- You have initial experience in supply, purchasing or logistics, ideally gained within an industrial environment.
- You have a good understanding of logistics flows and supply processes.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and comfortable with an ERP, ideally SAP.
- Organised and rigorous, you know how to manage priorities methodically and ensure reliable follow-up of your activities.
- With an analytical and synthetic mind, you demonstrate precision and a keen eye for detail.
- You stand out for your interpersonal skills, diplomacy and sense of service.
- Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented, you enjoy teamwork and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of your activity.
