As part of this role, we are recruiting a: Public Procurement Project Manager (80% to 100%) - 12-month fixed-term contract Location: Lausanne Start date: As soon as possible What you bring to our mission In a context of strengthening governance, compliance, and efficiency in public procurement, EVAM needs to harmonize all of its public procurement processes. The Public Procurement Project Manager will need to define, coordinate, and secure processes related to public procurement, ensure regulatory compliance, and support internal services in implementing procedures. This position has a transverse and structuring dimension, with a role of reference and advice to management and services. Key missions: - Governance and procedures for public procurement - Advisory, support, and continuous reporting Your profile: - University degree or higher in law, public administration, management, economics, or a related field, or in public procurement highly desired - Proven experience (ideally at least 3 years) in the field of public procurement, public administration, or in a regulated environment. - Good knowledge of the legal framework applicable to public procurement (federal, cantonal, and/or inter-cantonal level depending on the context). - Mastery of various procurement procedures and advertising rules. - Pedagogical skills, ability to simplify legal or regulatory concepts. - Excellent writing skills (legal documents and reports). - Ability to synthesize, set priorities, and provide solutions. - Ability to work autonomously while closely collaborating with stakeholders. - Engaged working environment - A teleworking policy - 5 weeks of vacation (6 weeks from age 50) - Very good social benefits - Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural context The recruitment process is in 2 steps: 1.
