You will join an experienced team that will allow you to build your skills while gradually gaining autonomy and responsibility.Public Procurement BuyerAbout the roleAs a Public Procurement Buyer, you will support internal teams in their projects and manage calls for tenders in compliance with regulations. You will follow files from A to Z: from the definition of the need to the choice of the supplier. You will work in connection with various stakeholders and contribute to the smooth running of important projects for the canton of Geneva.Tasks- Complete management of the public tender lifecycle, from the definition of the need to the award and the monitoring of contracts.- Apply public procurement procedures in compliance with the AIMP.- Support internal teams in defining their needs.- Prepare tender documents.- Conduct market research and identify suitable suppliers.- Ensure the monitoring of the various stages of calls for tenders.- Analyze received offers and participate in the choice of suppliers.- Participate in negotiations and the implementation of contracts.We are looking for- A first experience as a public procurement buyer.- Good knowledge of public procurement law.- Good analytical and writing skills.- Excellent command of French.- Good command of Microsoft tools.It is a plus if you possess- Good knowledge of English.- Experience in the construction or infrastructure sectors.To succeed in this position, your personal skills are as follows:- Goal-oriented- Social- Organized- Responsible- EnergeticOur recruitment processThis recruitment process is managed by Academic Work.
