Responsibilities: - Provide psychotherapy sessions to a diverse audience (children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families), autonomously or under the supervision of our responsible psychotherapist if you are in post-graduate training. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and quality support. - Actively participate in the life of the practice, notably in team meetings, internal training, as well as individual and group supervision. - Contribute, according to your interests, to the development of the practice's projects. Requirements: - Hold a recognized degree in psychology or an equivalent degree recognized in post-graduate psychotherapy in Switzerland, completed or registered in a recognized post-graduate program. - Eligibility for practice as a psychotherapist in the canton of Vaud or eligibility to practice with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. - Excellent listening skills and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a team. - Proficiency in French (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is an asset.
