Almaval aims to offer an environment where everyone can find the resources to develop individually and work towards their well-being, and to strengthen our team and participate in the development of care for children, adults, and the elderly in the Lavaux region, at our sites in Morges, Crissier, Vevey, Lausanne, or Geneva, we are looking for a Psychologist psychotherapist FSP.Position missions:- Care for various acute mental disorders and therapeutic support according to the needs of the client and updating of clinical and psychosocial standards within the framework of processes and requirements or conferences.- Depending on the seniority of the profile: possibility of responsibility within the team or in areas of expertise, management or development projects.- Possibility to carry out assessments, evaluations, and/or therapeutic groups if desired.Desired profile:- Psychologist psychotherapist FSP.- Right to bill in the canton of Vaud or Geneva, chargeable to the AOS.- Excellent social skills and team spirit for multidisciplinary work, enthusiasm for proactive approaches in taking on responsibilities for project development according to ambitions and skills.- Excellent command of French, spoken and written.
