Thus, the department's mission is to effectively detect and treat increasingly frequent and diverse disorders while respecting the rights and dignity of the patients. The department of Institutional Measures has the main mission of caring for individuals subjected to an institutional therapeutic measure (MIT) in a closed environment (Curabilis) and open (Iris and Onyx units at the Belle-idée site) (art. [number missing] of the Swiss Penal Code), and to exercise quality control over the follow-ups ordered by the criminal justice system (art. 63 of the Penal Code). The SMI X at the Department of Health and Mobility (DSM) X Department of Institutions and Digital (DIN) of the Canton of Geneva, and ISFM X certified in post-graduate psychotherapy offers crisis care and specific care within the framework of medical law and professional ethics. Psychologist - psychotherapist - 40% As a psychotherapist of a multidisciplinary team, you provide psychological follow-ups and individual and group psychotherapies in forensic settings, within one of the hospital units of the closed penal establishment of Curabilis for adults with chronic disorders (psychotic disorders, personality disorders, substance dependencies, paraphilias, etc.). These follow-ups aim to prevent criminal recidivism and are integrated into a multidisciplinary programme, in close collaboration with the prison security team and regular networking work with the judicial authorities of Romandy Switzerland. These are exclusively follow-ups ordered by the justice system, namely in the context of an institutional therapeutic measure as defined in Article 59 of the Penal Code. You will participate as a psychotherapist in team meetings, seminars, supervisions, case discussions, networks, and ongoing training spaces of the service in legal psychology. The Service of Institutional Measures is recognized as X ISFM clinical X in [number missing] and you hold a Master's degree from a Swiss university in psychology or an equivalent diploma, and a federal psychotherapist title or in the process of obtaining a post-graduate diploma in psychotherapy. You have excellent knowledge of the French language and a real interest in teamwork and rehabilitation. Working in detention requires a clean criminal record and a clearance from the Office of Financial Enforcement.
