The Mental Health Center team brings together experienced professionals working 24/7 in specialized units - acute adult, addiction, and psychosocial - offering integrated and individualized care in open or closed environments according to needs. It also ensures liaison and consultation missions. As part of your mission, you will ensure high-level clinical activity, integrating billable clinical production, clinical supervision missions, postgraduate training, and institutional activities, while participating in the continuity of service for the entire Mental Health Center, in order to guarantee the quality, safety, and efficiency of care within the adult psychiatry service, in a bilingual context.Job DescriptionClinical Activity- Ensure clinical activity (diagnostics, and monitoring of therapeutic projects) in compliance with the quality and safety objectives of Le Réseau de l Arc.- Take charge of complex clinical situations falling within the field of adult psychiatry.- Ensure rigorous documentation, compliant with medico-legal requirements and ensuring the continuity and quality of care with internal and external partners.Supervision and Training- Ensure the clinical supervision of doctors in training (assistant doctors and chief residents).- Support diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making processes.- Actively participate in formal and informal clinical teaching.- Ensure the coordination of postgraduate training, in connection with the ISFM, the university, and institutional bodies.- Contribute to clinical colloquia, service meetings, and interdisciplinary exchanges.- Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical pathways.- Promote inter-site collaboration and the bilingual functioning of the Mental Health Center.Specific responsibilities in addition to the points above- Participate in telephone on-call duties and weekend on-call duties, organized and shared among all FMH framework doctors of the Mental Health Center.- Flexibility, versatility, proactivity, and resilience will be the keys to evolving and contributing in this context.Profile- You hold a medical degree with a specialization in adult psychiatry, recognized by the Swiss authorities (MEBEKO).- You also hold the FMH specialist title (or equivalent) in psychiatry and psychotherapy.- You master French and German at a C1 - C2 level ideally.- You have confirmed experience in psychiatry. Experience in accompanying patients in acute care would be a valuable asset. Experience in a university setting would also be desired.- You possess solid listening, analysis, and decision-making skills, and you are capable of managing stressful and complex situations effectively.- You are autonomous while respecting the protocols and values of the institution.- You appreciate working within a multidisciplinary team and are capable of communicating effectively with your colleagues.
