Maison Béthel is an innovative intermediate care facility catering to adults (18-65 years) experiencing temporary or chronic psychological fragility. The establishment is located in an idyllic neighbourhood of Blonay and can accommodate 22 people for short stays. Its supervised apartments also host 14 residents.

We are looking for a



Psychiatric Nurse

Permanent Contract 80% - 100%



Your mission:

As a qualified nurse, you will independently or by delegation provide professional and efficient support respecting the recovery concept, staff regulations, and safety standards.

You maintain continuous reflective practice allowing you to assess and analyse, among other things, the biopsychosocial and spiritual dimensions of care recipients. Guided by mission-centred values, you establish a trusting relationship with care recipients and their relatives, creating a safe and tailored environment to their needs.

Your objectives:

  • Manage patients for short psychiatric stays in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and the external medical network;
  • Evaluate situations from a biopsychosocial-spiritual perspective according to the Recovery care concept with therapeutic and socio-educational goals.

Your qualities and skills:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (HES);
  • Nursing diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross;
  • Certified continuing education in the psychosocial field;
  • Professional experience in mental health;
  • Observational skills enabling rapid assessment of complex situations;
  • Strong sense of responsibility;
  • Dynamic, attentive, flexible, and organised;
  • Autonomy and ability to take initiative;
  • Fluency in spoken and written French as well as proficiency with common IT tools;
  • Good knowledge of the Vaud care network is an asset.
