Description
Our Foundation operates two medico-social establishments, one with a geriatric care mission including a CAT and the other with a mission for advanced age psychiatry (PAA).
We are looking for our Penthalaz site
an 80% nurse to support 37 residents, geriatric and PAA compatible mission
Your mission
- Your clinical assessment skills enable you to contribute to optimal quality care for residents
- You establish a trusting relationship with relatives
- You collaborate with teams interdisciplinarily for the well-being of residents
- You actively participate in the continuous improvement of our care practices
- You demonstrate ease and a sense of priorities in coordinating daily care
- You contribute, in close collaboration with the doctor, to providing quality care to residents while respecting their life projects
Your profile
- Diploma in nursing HES or equivalent qualification
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Comfortable with common IT tools
- CAS in palliative care or PF training: an asset
