La Maison Béthel is an innovative intermediate care facility for adults (aged 18-65) experiencing temporary or chronic psychological fragility. The establishment is located in an idyllic neighborhood of Blonay and can accommodate 22 people for short stays. Its supervised apartments also host 14 residents.We are looking for a nurse at 80% - 100%.Your mission:As a qualified nurse, you will independently ensure professional and efficient support in compliance with the recovery concept, internal regulations, and safety standards.You have a continuous reflective practice that allows you to evaluate and analyze, among other things, the biopsychosocial and spiritual dimensions of care recipients. Based on your mission-centered values, you establish a relationship of trust with care recipients and their loved ones, creating a safe environment adapted to their goals:- Take charge of care for short stays in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and the external medical network;- Evaluate needs from a bio-psycho-social-spiritual perspective according to the Recovery care concept with therapeutic goals.Qualifications and skills:- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (HES);- Nursing diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross;- Continuing education in the psychosocial field;- Professional experience in the field of mental health;- Sense of analysis allowing for the rapid evaluation of a complex situation;- Great sense of responsibility;- Dynamic, attentive, flexible, and organized;- Autonomy and ability to make decisions;- Mastery of oral and written French as well as mastery of standard tools;- Good knowledge of the Vaud healthcare network is an asset.We offer you:- The possibility to work in an environment rich in contacts, with a friendly working atmosphere aiming for interdisciplinarity, all in a magnificent setting;- The opportunity to participate in institutional projects;- Working and salary conditions according to the CCT SAN (collective labor agreement for the Vaud parapublic health sector);- The opportunity to maintain and develop your skills through a varied training program;- Regular public transport just a stone's throw away and parking.Start date: October 1st or by agreementApplication deadline: August 14th jid1c617f4aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
