On behalf of one of our clients, the OKJOB Medical agency in Neuchâtel is looking for a motivated and committed Nurse to join a team specialised in Adult Psychiatry and the ageing population.
Psychiatric Nurse
- Swiss-recognised Nursing diploma.
- Strong interest or proven experience in adult psychiatry and care of the elderly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good listener.
- Motivation to provide quality support in a caring and stimulating environment.
- Team spirit, autonomy and a sense of responsibility.
- Good command of French, both spoken and written.
- Driving licence with car essential.
- Contract: Permanent full-time (100%)
- Start date: Ideally in September
- Ensure comprehensive patient care by providing quality nursing care.
- Assess patients' health status, plan and deliver care tailored to their needs.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure oral and written handovers to guarantee continuity of care.
- Support patients in their daily lives by promoting their autonomy, safety and well-being.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of care quality and the smooth running of the service.
