Nurse - Temporary position with possibility of permanent employment at 80 to 100%For one of our clients active in the mental health sector in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a:Nurse - 80 to 100%Responsibilities- Ensure comprehensive care for adults by supporting them in their therapeutic project and the development of their autonomy.- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of individualized care projects.- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.- Actively contribute to projects and the development of care according to the established schedule.Profile- HES Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent title recognized in Switzerland.- Confirmed experience in clinical skills in the care of patients suffering from mental disorders.- Interest in therapeutic approaches, particularly cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT).- Sense of autonomy and team spirit.- Skills and aptitude for teamwork.- Stress management and sense of responsibility.Requirements- Diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross valid in Switzerland.- Excellent command of French, both oral and written.- Valid driving license.- Residence located at a reasonable distance for on-call interventions.- Training or complementary experience in the field of mental health.- Experience in psychotherapeutic approaches.Benefits- A varied position within a committed team and a work environment promoting autonomy and professional development.- Possibility to participate in institutional projects.- Salary conditions according to experience and training.Start date: Ideally August 1stContactIf you have any further questions regarding this job offer, please contact us.About usAdecco is the market leader in personnel solutions in Switzerland and worldwide.
