Since 2016, SBV Médical has been supporting its patients at home in the cantons of Vaud, Valais and Fribourg, with a clear mission: to provide quality care while preserving each person’s autonomy and well-being.

Our services, covered by LAMal, include assessment and advisory care, nursing care as well as hygiene and comfort care. Each intervention is designed to enable our patients to continue living safely at home, respecting their needs and dignity.

Beyond care, we play an essential role in prevention and support, to promote long-term home care and quality of life.

Our expertise is based on four specialisation centres:
• Psychiatry and addiction
• Palliative care
• Wounds and healing
• Coordination and development of care

As part of the development of our psychiatry and addiction centre, we are looking for a motivated and caring Psychiatric and Addiction Nurse to join our team.

Your mission

  • Ensure the follow-up and support of patients suffering from psychiatric disorders and/or addictions at home.
  • Assess needs, develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Promote home care and the autonomy of beneficiaries.
  • Work closely with doctors, families and various partners in the healthcare and medico-social network.
  • Participate in prevention, therapeutic education and health promotion.
  • Ensure comprehensive, humane and safe care for patients.

Your profile

  • HES nursing diploma or equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
  • CAS in psychiatry, a real asset.
  • Training or proven experience in psychiatry and/or addiction.
  • Experience in home care, an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening and adaptability skills.
  • Sense of responsibility, autonomy and team spirit.
  • Driving licence essential.
