Real Estate Portfolio Manager 100%We are currently looking, for one of our clients based in Lausanne, for a Real Estate Portfolio Manager 100%, whose mission will be to manage a portfolio of buildings located in the Lausanne region. Working with a small team (3 people).MISSION DESCRIPTIONYour main tasks will be as follows:- Ensure the overall management of a real estate portfolio (technical and financial).- Maintain quality relationships with owners, tenants, and partners.- Coordinate administrative and technical management activities with your team.- Monitor key indicators: vacancy rate, portfolio performance.- Supervise building maintenance, maintenance contracts, and claims management.- Manage and control works, budgets, and invoices.- Guarantee the reliability of statements (management, heating).- Manage complex files and represent the owner's interests.- Supervise and support the team.IDEAL PROFILE- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role in Switzerland.- Excellent knowledge of tenancy law and building technology; the federal diploma is an asset.- Organizational skills and rigor.- Sense of service and good communication skills.- Positive and solution-oriented attitude.- Comfortable with standard tools.- Excellent command of French in writing and speaking.- Driver's license and vehicle essential.Looking to take on a new challenge in a dynamic and structured environment?We look forward to discovering your application! jidd5f2178aen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
