Your profile :

• With a legal, commercial or technical education,
• The federal Property Manager certificate is a valued asset,
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a real estate agency,
• Organised and endowed with analytical and anticipatory skills,
• Autonomous, responsible, comfortable managing priorities and proactive,
• Good interpersonal skills, customer service oriented,
• Comfortable with common IT tools,
• Native French speaker, knowledge of English is an asset.

Your main responsibilities :

• Administrative and technical management of the portfolio with the support of the assistant,
• Leading owners and agents meetings around common and unifying objectives,
• Primary contact for tenants and handling their requests (technical and tenancy law),
• Preparation and monitoring of work and renovation budgets,
• Monitoring accounts and allocations,
• Negotiation of maintenance contracts,
• Regular contact with owners, tenants and companies.
