To complete our team, we are looking for an engaged person as Property Manager.Geneva, 40%-50%What you contribute:- You are responsible for supporting the residential property management team to ensure the smooth running of operations.- As the first point of contact on-site, you ensure the reception of clients and manage the first contact with tenants.- You are in charge of communication with tenants, concierges, artisans, and authorities to guarantee an efficient exchange.- You are responsible for the preparation of move-out statements and the management of deposits, as well as the request and comparison of offers, the awarding of contracts to artisans, and the monitoring of work.- The processing and verification of supplier orders and invoices as well as the control of debtors are also part of your responsibilities.What you bring:- You hold a basic commercial CFC and have ideally already followed a training course as a real estate manager — or you are ready to commit to one soon.- Initial experience in the field of property management is an asset.- Working in a team motivates you, you demonstrate resistance to stress, and your sense of service as well as your client orientation distinguish you.- You know how to organize your work autonomously and are goal-oriented.
