Property Manager (m/f/x)

What you contribute:

• You take on the complete management of a portfolio of properties (control and participation in the preparation of annual accounts, preparation of closures, handling legal cases, etc.)
• You are responsible for the demanding follow-up of tenants
• You ensure the execution and monitoring of ordinary building maintenance
• You prepare market analyses, reports, budgets and forecasts
• You supervise the tasks of employees, rental specialists and technical managers for your portfolio

What you bring:

• You have a basic commercial education (CFC) with further training in real estate (Federal Certificate of Property Manager obtained or in progress)
• You already have several years of experience in a similar role
• You are a person with a strong sense of service and have great negotiation skills
• Your professionalism, perseverance and ability to assert yourself complete your profile
• You have an excellent command of French (German and English are a plus)
• You work comfortably with IT tools (MS Office, GAIARO REM, etc.)
• You have a driving licence
