To adapt to the evolution of our management portfolio, we are looking for a start date to be agreed upon:

A PROPERTY MANAGER AT 100%

The profile must be as follows:

A CFC Commercial Employee or equivalent maturity level,

At least 3 years of experience in rental management of a portfolio of buildings in Geneva,

Mastery of Swiss tenancy law,

Strong sense of responsibility,

Autonomy in managing files,

Precise, quick and dynamic,

Very comfortable with common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook),

Proven experience with Quorum,

Perfect knowledge of the French language,

Excellent spelling and writing skills,

Swiss or valid permit.
