Property Manager 80-100 %

As a property manager, you are responsible for your own portfolio of properties and thus ensure the care and good contact with our clients, the owners, and tenants.

Your new tasks include both technical and administrative management:

• Leading a management team (3-4 people)
• Independent management of a mixed property portfolio (rental properties as well as condominium ownership)
• Support and correspondence with owners, tenants, partners, authorities, and caretakers
• Conducting apartment inspections and handovers
• Leading, organising, and controlling maintenance work, renovations, and refurbishments
• Handling claims
• Ensuring rental from tenant termination to re-letting of the properties
• Setting rents
• Issuing terminations and carrying out evictions
• Supporting legal cases and representing before conciliation authorities and rental courts
• General administrative tasks
• Participation in various internal projects
