In a context of development of its activities and the position, the organization wishes to strengthen its team and is looking for an autonomous personality to support its growth as:Property and Accounting Management Officer (50% to 70%)Working in tandem with the General Secretary, you play a key role in the administrative and financial management of the organization's real estate portfolio. You ensure cross-functional monitoring of accounting and real estate activities. At the heart of your mission:- You take charge of current administrative and accounting activities, including document management (GED), the implementation and monitoring of sharing tools, as well as the entry of payments and accounting entries on Crésus.- You contribute to the financial monitoring of projects, budget control, and actively participate in the closing of accounts.- In parallel, you ensure the property management of the portfolio in connection with the management agencies: monitoring of administrative and technical files, insurance (claims, portfolio), and updating of documents related to buildings.- You maintain regular relations with external partners and ensure the quality of the follow-up of files.To succeed in this role, you bring:- Training in real estate and/or accounting, supplemented by experience related to property management, ideally in an SME or a public/parapublic environment.- Good command of administrative and accounting tools (Crésus).- Excellent writing skills.- Ease in the simultaneous management of varied subjects (finance, real estate, administration).Your talents:- Keen sense of organization, rigor, and priorities.- Team spirit and autonomy in work.- Ability to evolve in a cross-functional role and to collaborate with varied interlocutors.- Marked interest in social issues and the management of social real estate.- Flexibility and adaptability in a developing environment.Why join Nicolas Bogueret?You join a human-sized structure, driven by a strong social mission, with a central role and real autonomy.
