In the context of the development of our activity and in order to complete our team, our condominium department is looking for a PPE Manager at 100%.Your missions:- Ensure the complete management of a portfolio of condominiums and the follow-up of requests from co-owners;- Organize, prepare and hold General Assemblies, draft minutes and ensure the follow-up of decisions taken;- Guarantee the proper maintenance of files, the updating of data and compliance with deadlines;- Coordinate the arrival of new employees with the various departments concerned;- Ensure the administrative and financial follow-up of condominiums: accounts, funds, invoices, litigation and budgets;- Manage and follow up on claims, insurance, current work and concierge services, in collaboration with technical managers;- Collaborate with the various internal departments and Management on specific files, particularly legal ones;- Ensure the quality of communications and documents sent to co-owners.Required skills:- Confirmed experience in the management of PPE / condominiums in Switzerland;- Mastery of processes and regulations related to PPE;- Ability to manage several files simultaneously with rigor, team spirit and a sense of priorities;- Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams), and ideally the Quorum software;- Writing skills and excellent sense of service.The Daudin group offers you:- A family structure, human-sized, attentive to its clients;- A pleasant and stimulating atmosphere and work environment;- A varied activity with responsibilities within an engaged and motivated team of 3 people;- A human and stable environment.If we have aroused your curiosity, do not hesitate to send us your complete file without delay (cover letter, curriculum vitae, copy of diplomas and work certificates).Incomplete files or those not corresponding to the criteria cannot be considered. jid7215d94aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
